Justin Wilson was elected to the Alexandria City Council in November 2012 and re-elected in November 2015. He previously served on the Council from July 2007 through June of 2009. In January 2016, he was designated by his colleagues as the Vice Mayor. Mr. Wilson holds a bachelor’s of science degree in Information Systems from Virginia Commonwealth University, and is a Fellow of the Sorensen Institute for Political Leadership at the University of Virginia. He is employed as a Director with the National Railroad Passenger Corporation (Amtrak). He was appointed to NVTC as an Alternate for the City of Alexandria in January 2016.
